NOTE:  Please immediately call the Department for Ministry Protection at 1-800-282-8011 Ext. 137 in the event of any of the following:

• Death
• Catastrophic injury or damage  
• Employment related issues
• Allegations of abuse or neglect
• Imminent legal action
• Media involvement
• Significant water or flooding damage
